Position Summary:
This role is more than a Busser, it is the opportunity to join a family, and act as a brand ambassador for bridging cultures through food. Take our patrons on a culinary adventure through education, quality customer service, and making sure they have a positive experience at our restaurant! We are counting on you to be an extension of our brand.
How you can help :
Perform bussing duties efficiently, professionally and cordially
Warmly greet and engage with guests
Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring tables are enjoying their meals and have everything they need
Take initiative to correct any issues that may arise with a positive attitude
Attentively scan the dining room for customer needs, empty serveware, refills
Neatly set up and prepare dining room with table settings
Stock the front of house with clean wares
Ensure packing stations are stocked with to-go boxes, bags and containers
Transport full buss bins to dishwasher regularly
Routinely sweep and mop floors, wipe windows and mirrors
Ensure bathrooms are clean and well stocked
Routinely take out trash, compost and recycling
Comply with health and safety codes
Assist front of house staff as necessary, including bartenders, servers and hosts.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced environment
Be a team player, and work together with your team to foster a healthy and warm atmosphere
Promptly address customer service issues and refer customers to management when necessary
Skills You have:

Excellent oral communication skills

Service experience in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of spirits, wine, and food
Awareness of basic safety and sanitation policies
Able to acquire a California Food Handler’s License (before or within 2 weeks of hiring)
