Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, fun, loving, enthusiastic childcare worker to work with our awesome Burn babies, kids and staff. The Childwatch Lead is responsible for upholding brand standards, while fostering community and providing an unmatched welcome experience for the kids and their parents. Each camp is 45 minutes long and there are 4 camps per day where Childwatch is provided. You will be responsible for either working or scheduling your staff for those camps. In this position, you will be responsible for every aspect of our Childwatch service and communication any needs with your manager.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of camp.
- Treat all children and parents with love & respect and provide a safe, fun environment.
- Clean and sanitize the childwatch room and all toys and equipment daily
- Notify the CEM of any childwatch issues or concerns.
- Manage any additional staff in childwatch and handle new hire paperwork
- Manage scheduling for any additional staff
- Plan and execute monthly themes, crafts, etc.
- Submit purchase list for crafts/cleaning/ supplies needed monthly to manager
- Organize toys and materials at the end of each camp
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, as needed – liability waivers, etc.
- Oversees Signing-In and Out of children for each camp
Qualifications
- CPR Certified
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized while effectively communicating in a positive and motivating manner
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
