What the new manager can expect when they join the team:
- 5-day work week, approximately 45 hours per week.
- Willingness to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Paid vacation after 6 months of service, 2 weeks' vacation after the first year of employment.

- Cigar knowledge is not required - something you will enjoy learning about every day.
- Working in a fun, fast-paced environment while maintaining a safe atmosphere for guests and employees.
- Hiring, training, and evaluating employees.
- Standing, walking, and occasionally lifting heavy items for long periods of time each day.
- Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter.
- Service and bar supervision: Coaching and working to build a team.
- Inventory management: Working with GM to maintain great liquor selections.
- And all the stuff that goes into a restaurant operation: Maintaining facilities, overseeing daily operations, following checklists, inspecting the quality of operations, cash handling, scheduling, inventories, etc.

Salary : $48,000 - $55,000
