The Job - Sales

What you'll be doing:

• Generating a strong pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
• Performing in accordance with a monthly quota and commission structure.

Who you are:

• Corporate wellness and benefits experience. We are especially interested if you have experience selling either into HR / Benefits, or working with insurance plans. 
• Self-motivated,  loves to hustle, can operate in a lean . environment, and able to hit the ground running on day 1.
• Ambitious, curious, and with a strong work ethic.
• Strong communicator - verbal and written skills - and able to establish a quick rapport with prospects.
• An over-achiever who doesn't take no for an answer, and can close and win deals in the face of adversity. 

Competitive Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission plus stock options.
