Exterior Signage Project Coordinator
Sign Project Coordinator: The primary role of a Sign Project Coordinator is to assist the project managers as a liaison between our customers and our design, fabrication and installation teams after projects have been sold.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Supervised coordination, pricing and purchasing of materials, services and subcontractors for sign projects
- Working with project manager along with design, fabrication and installation teams to ensure jobs are built and installed on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with customer and on-site personnel to ensure job is built and installed correctly
- May involve some vinyl room fabrication and on-site vinyl installation
- Basic office managerial skills (mailings, supplies, phones, etc.)
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Reliable, high energy, quality and safety conscience, detail oriented, team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- An understanding of architectural plans and renderings a plus
- Prior graphic design experience and familiarity with, Adobe Creative Suite, Flexi, CorelDraw a big plus
