Job Overview: Responsible for assisting accountant run an accurate and efficient accounting property management department. Assist the Controller/Accountant and Vacation/Operations Manager with special tasks, monitoring office flow and processes.

Responsibilities:
· Enter invoices into Escapia and Appfolio accounting programs
· Pay vendors in Escapia and Appfolio (10th & 25th)
· Sorting Mail
· Processing accounting email
· Tenant and vacation guest Security deposit refunds in Escapia and Appfolio
· Researching vendor invoices/payment
· Prepare bank deposits ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
· Owner Statements
· Monthly newsletter mailing
· Address labels
· Tenant delinquency report
· Call vacation guests for final payment
· Owner correspondence
Qualifications: Inputting payables and receivables.
Associate accounting degree or equivalent experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 per hour
