As an ABA Team Lead, you'll implement, evaluate, and revise ABA programming, collaborate closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts, and perform hands-on work with ABA clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee target updates and programming under the supervision of the BCBA
* Perform fidelity checks for ABA Implementations and RBTs under the direction of the BCBA
* Analyze data and assist BCBA with revising treatment
* Assist BCBA in tasks including, but not limited to, development of treatment plans, training and supervising practicum students, and daily activities
* Assist in VB MAPP, PEAK, AFLLS, and SEE assessments, as well as other ABA assessment tools
* Utilize contingencies of reinforcement, discrete trial teachings, task analysis, naturalistic teaching, discrimination training, and generalization and maintenance procedures
* Implement interventions based on modifications and antecedents, differential reinforcement and extinction procedures
* Collect data utilizing appropriate measurement procedures and document accordingly to each individual child's programming
* Meet productivity requirements set for this position
* Perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable federal state and local laws and standards

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a relevant field
* Previous experience as an RBT or BCaBA
* Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis and verbal behavior
* Ability to analyze and interpret data, write reports, and facilitate parent/staff trainings
