Job Description:
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, BEHAVIORAL CRISIS CENTERSpringfield, Missouri$5,000 Sign on bonusEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Function as the overall manager of program lines at the Behavioral Crisis Center, including a Rapid Access Unit, Acute Crisis Stabilization Unit, Social Detox Unit, and Recovery Residential Program.
- Provide clinical consultation and supervisory backup as needed.
- Monitor billing and financial reports to ensure financial goals are being met.
- Additional management, supervisory and clinical duties
- Function as an active member of the administrative team.
- Participate, as directed, in the development of program budgets.
- Participate in public relations and educational activities and "targeted consultation."
- Function as a senior clinical and management staff member in providing general clinical consultation and supervisory backup to staff.
- Participate in professional development activities as assigned.
- Perform additional management and clinical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related Human Service field;
Professional license (or license eligibility with relevant experience)
Management, supervisory and clinical skills, especially as demonstrated by previous experience and a working knowledge of community-based services to adults with serious and persistent mental illnesses.
