CLIENT ACCESS REPRESENTATIVE III
Independence, Missouri
What you’ll get to do:
- Assist clients.
- Provide training to Client Access Representative I staff.
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop and improve business processes
- Assist with identifying staffing coverage needs
- Provide reports and audits related to client experience.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
