What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROJECT MANAGER position at Burrow Global, LLC.?
Project Manager (Sr. Project Engineer) with preference to have Ammonia or LNG experience and/or process background in both.
Projects are terminals, usually having a pipeline component. Projects are generally around $100MM per terminal, but with Dock works they could increase to $200MM. The PM will report to the VP of the Midstream company.
Client would like someone that is not to bound by PM procedural structure, but can make “the call” for better, less cost, solutions that bring the project to market quicker.
Project usually include
Refrigerated or Cryogenic tankage
Boil Off Gas compressors
Cryogenic pumps
Meter skids
Minimum infrastructure (control Room, fence line utilities, security)
Pipeline interface/or new ties to new by existing pipelines
Dock works (Jetty or Dock, loading arms, dock house)
Requirements:

Able to manage dispute resolution
Ability to interface with Clients and Company Management/JV Partners
Construction experience preferred
Pipeline and terminal work experience
15 yrs Experience.
Most of the work will be accomplished in Downtown Houston with occasional "field trips" as needed during the construction phase.
Experience
Required- 12 year(s): Capital project experience with ability to make sound decisions
Licenses & Certifications
