Mortgage Processing Manager - Peoria

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Mortgage Processing Manager, manages, and supports the functions of processing in the mortgage loan process. In addition, this position acts as a back-up to Processing to perform duties as necessary.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Duties:

• Directly supervises, schedules, trains, evaluates, informs, and provides direction to processing staff.
• Manage pipeline and assign files to processing team and ensure all timelines are met.
• Ensures overall compliance with mortgage regulations through research and training of staff.
• Examines and modifies current operating procedures to maximize efficiency.
• Processes mortgage loans, as necessary.
• Monitor QC reporting and assist with corrections and provide training as it relates to operation staff
• Prepare monthly production reporting for management

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Requires Bachelor’s degree or 5 or more years of mortgage underwriting experience

Previous mortgage processing experience is preferred.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
