Position Summary
Co-Sell Business Growth Manager (BGM) will develop and close pipeline and engage with technology partners to drive revenue growth. For utilities, the role will be responsible for accessing different parts of the utility buying center selling our growth initiatives. The Co-Sell BGM should have a proven track record of building and nurturing exec-level relationships with technology companies, a hands-on approach to developing new sales opportunities, technical acumen, and work cross functionally in a fast paced work environment. The Co-Sell BGM will be an Itron solutions expert and help us externally drive business jointly with Itron sellers.
A highly skilled solution sales specialist with a full understanding of area of specialization within the sales and sales-related functions. Works independently and applies industry practices and solutions to creatively resolve sales, revenue, profitability, customer success and/or go-to-market issues or deliver outcomes having a wide and diverse scope impacting the sales or sales related function(s). Plan and deliver complex activities that may significantly impact sales and business or customer operations. Practices good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Contributes to organizational objectives related to sales, revenue growth, profitability, and customer success measurements with short-term goals. Demonstrates initiative and sound judgment. Expertise in one or more specialty.
