Work Schedule: 4/10-1st Shift-Early Morning

Job Description:

• Candidates must be local to the Manassas, VA area as position is an onsite position.
• Ability to paint and experience with detailed work like auto painting is desired
• Ability to read/comprehend engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail, use of fine motor skills needed
• Familiarity with basic hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc.
• Requires a self-starter, someone reliable and able to work independently
• Analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills required
• Being committed to teamwork and having excellent interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability to define and communicate problems verbally and in writing
• Contributes to a positive team culture by building effective relationships with others, contributing to Operations Excellence Teams (OETs) and accountable for assigned tasks
• Ability to follow all safety procedures including use of protective equipment
• Looking for a candidate able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.)
• Candidate with military experience is highly desired.
• Experience with detailed painting aircrafts or automobiles is required.
• Basic Computer skills required

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $14.22 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Aircraft Painter: 3 years (Required)
• Automobile Painter: 2 years (Required)
