Vice President & General Manager (VP&GM)

We are conducting a search for a Vice President & General Manager who will have full financial and operational responsibility for a landscaping company in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced, results-oriented leader to join a growth-oriented brand.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue growth
  • P&L and balance sheet results
  • Direct and oversee daily operations
  • Talent management
Requirements - Ideal Candidate
  • 20 years of experience, with full P&L responsibility at or above $20M
  • Experience in landscape services where marked growth and profit expansion was achieved
  • Demonstrated track record of enhancing the operational and people capabilities of an organization
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, including problem solving, decision making, and idea generation
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire others and lead by example
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Integrity and ethics beyond reproach
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus)
