What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oil Delivery Driver position at Butchie Oil?
Butchie Oil is looking to hire an oil man/women with at least 1 - 2 years experience. Must be on time, friendly with always putting customer first. Our goal is to keep our customers happy and let them know they matter as well as our employees who are representing our name.
Responsibilities:
- Follow route and time schedule
- Loads, secures, transports, delivers, and unloads Oil to and from specified destinations
- Inspects vehicle and notifies the appropriate person of any needed equipment, supplies, or routine maintenance immediately
- Prepares and maintains truck records in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures willing to operate truck in accordance to established safety procedures and treating it like its your own with the same respect
- During daily interaction with customers provides exceptional customer service by supplying service information and willing to answer or direct any and all questions
- Must possess a drive, determination, professionalism, personable, friendly easy to communicate with and the desire to be a significant factor in our growing company
- Meet all DOT requirements
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- CDL Class A/B license with air brake and hazmat endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Able to use GPS and follow route
- Disciplined, dependable, resourceful, and respectful at all times
- High level of composure and good stress management always wearing a smile in front of the customer
- Customers are first always can not stress this enough
