Seeking a Sales Manager to coordinate and oversee day to day sales activities. The Sales Manager will recruit, hire, train and develop sales associates and ensure their performance meets company standards. This is a highly visible position that requires a high level of professionalism and initiative at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train staff.
  • Increase sales and decrease expenses for an organization.
  • Investigate customer complaints.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost cutting and payroll administration.
  • Communicate with staff on a regular basis.
  • Review financial statements.
  • Work with vendors.
  • Attend company meetings.
  • Develop marketing strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $700.00 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
