We are hiring for a full-time Day Porter/Maintenance Specialist for our Williston location.
This position is 50% of light maintenance and 50% janitorial.
A full time Day Porter preforms cleaning duties which include, but are not limited to: sweeping, moping, vacuuming, taking out the trash, cleaning microwaves, and more.
A Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive and routine building facility maintenance including but not limited to:
- General – handyman services, moving furniture, window cleaning, painting.
- Carpentry – drywall, manual repairs, use hand/electric tools.
- Plumbing – unclog drains, replace toilet kits, flush valves.
- HVAC – replacing filters, checking belts.
- Floor Care – carpet extraction, strip and wax
- Physically, you must be able to work safe, climb ladders, lift 100 pounds and work on hands and knees.
You must:
- Live locally in Williston, ND or the surrounding area.
- You must have your own transportation to get to shift daily.
- Must be able to work well independently and as a team.
- Must be drug free and pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid driver's license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
