Your day to day:

Store Managers are the heart of our front of house operations. In this position you are a team player who leads by example. You guide your team to focus on exceeding the expectations of all guests. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Teaching/Mentoring/ Training Scoopers
• Resolving guest issues
• Anticipating the needs of guests by constantly evaluating the environment and responding to situations appropriately
• Maintaining the highest degree of cleanliness and orderliness in all areas; BOH, FOH and outside patio.
• Completing daily and weekly checklists and inventories
• Maintaining I-9s and employment documents of Scoopers
• Participating in learning & development trainings as assigned

The Details:

• Pay rates are dependent on your experience (salary range is $45,000-$50,000)
