HR Compliance Analyst (Remote)

As a Compliance Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our organization adheres to ethical, regulatory, and federal contractor standards.

What’s on the Table: 

·         Develop comprehensive compliance plans that align with our company’s vision and goals. You’ll be the architect behind our compliance roadmap. 

·         Recommend and implement new and revised compliance programs and policies. Your insights will shape our practices and keep us ahead of the curve. 

·         Leverage your accuracy and attention to detail and manage compliance reporting, including EEO1 and Vets 4212.  

·         Oversee our affirmative action programs, ensuring they’re consistently administered in line with internal policies and government regulations. 

·         You’ll stay informed of regulatory changes, trends, and best practices and educate business partners across the organization. 

·         Provide an internal escalation point for employees to voice concerns and provide guidance for win/win resolutions. 

What You Bring to the Table: 

·         You’ve got a track record in compliance, and you know your way around regulatory requirements with at least 5 years in a similar role. 

·         You have achieved a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification. 

·         You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant, equivalent experience. 

·         You can dissect complex regulations and translate them into actionable steps.
