Summary
We are looking for friendly, outgoing and love customer service candidates. As an In-Store Shopper, you will work on the home delivery team supporting online customers orders.
Must be available to work flexible schedules. Full-Time positions available.
Responsibilities
- Prepare items for delivery and pickup
- Meet customers needs through online orders and on-the phone customer service
- Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately and with a sense of urgency
- Learn product knowledge, customer service standards and store operations
- Willingness to work in other departments of the store as required for example cashier
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have ability to use email, Microsoft Excel, and POS systems
- Have ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 8 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience with busy Upper East Side specialty food market is preferred.
