Role Standards:

• Oversee daily operations, making critical strategic decisions, setting performance goals, and implementing operational policies.
• Directly manage the workforce, developing a high-performing team that delivers high-quality electrical services.
• Lead a planning and design team that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
• Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative strategies for expansion.
• Establish and uphold the highest service quality standards, ensuring consistent delivery of unparalleled solutions to our clients.
• Uphold and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all employees, clients, and the general public.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong Technical understanding
• 5 years of Electrical industry experience.
• Master-level electrical certification, electrical contractor license or the ability to get licensed in Georgia within 3 months.
• Extensive experience in the electrical industry, with a strong understanding of business and management principles.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of excellence.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and an emphasis on profitability and growth.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
