This position is remotely based, or it can also be hybrid out of one of our offices. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
We are seeking a Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) to help develop, implement and oversee strategies, policies and procedures related to governance, risk management and compliance within the organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the company's operations are conducted in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements while minimizing potential risks and maintaining high ethical standards.
