Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Rules Projects using Operational Decision Management (ODM) technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that Rules Projects adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Perform thorough testing and debugging of Rules Projects to identify and resolve any issues or defects.
- Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of Rules Projects to ensure efficient operation.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ODM technologies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our offerings.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, developing, coding, testing, and debugging Rules Projects.
- Extensive experience with Operational Decision Management (ODM) technologies and tools.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or similar.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $150,000.00 per year
