As a Human Resources and Safety Intern at Elliott Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to apply learned knowledge and skills while gaining valuable hands-on experience to start your career in HR or Safety.  This internship will provide exposure to a manufacturing plant while also supporting other CentroMotion businesses remotely. 


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR team with new hire orientation process and new hire experience
  • Administrative duties including file maintenance 5S project
  • Organize company events and engagement activities
  • Complete risk assessments on production equipment and processes
  • Assist in creating safety training materials
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and safety team as needed

Requirements

  • Student of Junior or Senior standing currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Safety Management, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and sensitive information
