BWQOHT Inc: Maintenance Manager

BWQOHT Inc. is a local, homebrewed company that started in a Nashville, Indiana alley as single bar and brewery. In 10 short years, we have expanded to multiple restaurant locations and added a large brewery and distilling company. Big Woods is dedicated to serving Indiana with the finest local brews, cocktails and midwestern comfort food.

BWQOHT Inc. is looking to hire a Maintenance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Model exceptional customer service to internal customers and ensure the maintenance team executes service at the same level.
• Effectively lead and manage the maintenance team through a culture of training, development, and accountability. Regular assignment of duties, delegation of tasks, and follow up.
• Manage and understand maintenance projects and goals through the use of budgets and costs of goods analysis.
• Execute operations to ensure a consistent high level of quality goods.
• Work with other departments within the company to plan end execute maintenance projects, including materials, people and timelines.
• Maintain and enforce the cleanliness and organization standards within the maintenance barn.
• Appropriately manage company funds to complete projects as cost effectively as possible.
• Other duties when required.

Requirements and Skills:

• 2 years of experience in management of maintenance, repair, or related field.
• Woodworking experience preferred.
• Landscaping experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating with different teams to achieve goals.
• Ability work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining an ability to be adaptive and flexible
