Job Posting for Electrical- Assistant Project Manager at Byers Industrial Services
Responsibilities:
- Provides support to project managers for change orders, expediting log etc.
- Manage projects with subcontractors.
- Assists in contract administration and management.
- Participates in meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns.
- Job tracking.
- Job walks.
- Material purchase and locating.
- Electrical contracting assistant project management experience preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Provide consistent feedback and reports to Project Managers.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Electrical Experience required
- Working knowledge of electrical parts and their intended use.
- Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Knowledge of Procore (Preferred)
- Demonstrated safety leader and true believer in safety.
- Proficient analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to use estimating software define the cost of any work to be performed.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Current and valid drivers license and clean driving record.
