BYIS Beverage, LLC is looking for a Sales Associate to join our team! We are a small family run business in Coral Springs, FL. We are looking for someone who is a positive person and wants to work in a small team environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate sales
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked and maintain a clean, presentable store
- Maintain inventory by keeping track of sold items
- Assist with packaging/labelling product as needed
- Update inventory records, as needed
- Assist with general store upkeep including cleaning, restocking etc.
- Help maintain positive customer reviews on the website and social media accounts
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous sale or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles preferred.
- Basic math skills to calculate prices and total sales.
- Energetic, self-driven and proactive.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and help them find the right product.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $22.00 per hour
