Branch Collections Manager Responsibilities:
- Hire, develop & motivate team members
- Lead collections & credit origination
- Back up the Branch General Manager
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service
- Assist with overall branch compliance
Branch Collections Manager Requirements:
- 3 years of collections and/or lending management
- Sub-prime collections experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Able to work the hours listed
Branch Collections Manager Work Hours:
- 5-day work week
- No Sundays
- Work most Saturdays with a weekday off
- 45-50 hours per week
- Some early evening hours with a late start
