KeyResponsibilities :
- Cleaningand maintaining office spaces to ensure a tidy and professionalenvironment.
- Organizing office suppliesdocuments and equipment to optimize space and accessibility.
- Managing and updating filing systems bothelectronic and physical for efficient data retrieval.
- Assisting in the preparation and management ofcompany events ensuring smooth execution and positive experiences.
- Handling mailing shipping and receiving dutiesincluding sorting and distributing mail preparing packages forshipment and receiving deliveries.
- Undertakingadditional adhoc tasks or projects as required to support variousdepartments within the organization.
Qualifications :
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
