Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer spare part and service requests, generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for equipment sales and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Receive and respond to inbound inquiries from existing and prospective customers in a timely manner
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through warm calling techniques
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Skills:
- Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
- Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achieving sales targets
