We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team, providing direction and support to restoration crews.

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coaching the production team, keeping them on track and organized.
- Holding production team meetings & conducting safety trainings
- Develop crew staff, helping them to achieve their professional goals and grow with the organization
- Identify inefficiencies & opportunities to improve in production processes, designing and streamlining SOPs to increase profitability and productivity.
- Work with HR and leadership to uphold safety and compliance standards
- Receive and respond to customer feedback
- Maintain comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the business and services offered, advise customer appropriately, qualify jobs to be completed and gain the confidence of clients
- Perform other duties as may be required
- This is an in-person position in Frankford, DE. Candidates must have reliable transportation to and from work M-F, 7:15am – 4:30pm.
- The Operations Manager will rotate with staff an on-call shift every 5-6 weeks where they are responsible for answering after-hours calls (compensated for on-call availability and with each new job taken after-hours).

- Demonstrated experience as a leader
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing processes within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication

About the pay and benefits:
- $44,200 base commission potential of up to over $18k!
