C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations, has an opening for a FT Precision Ag Data Specialist covering our John Deere location in Blackfoot, ID. This individual will work with customers subscribing to data service packages as well as engaging customers by promoting John Deere digital tools and features. They will also provides and promotes proper enterprise setup, accurate reporting, and data integrity and tracks services as well as assisting with events that keep customers and employees highly engaged with their data, partners, and connected software companies.

Essential Duties:

  • Proactively works with customers that are subscribed to data service packages
  • Provides and promotes proper enterprise setup, accurate reporting, and data integrity
  • Assists with events that keep customers and employees highly engaged with their data, partners, and connected software companies
  • Participates in ongoing training to continually develop knowledge and skill sets
  • Engages customers and promotes emerging John Deere digital tools and features
  • Accurately tracks services and provides regular updates to management
