This individual will have primary HR responsibility for material handling locations in Virginia and contribute to the accomplishment of Human Resources objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, and worker’s compensation. This individual will have the opportunity to be assigned project ownership in a range of human resource initiatives for C & B Equipment as a whole.
