Web Optimization Specialist

C & B Equipment, a progressive family-owned company that has grown over 30 years to include John Deere Ag, material handling and power sports locations across ten states, has an opening for a Web Optimization Specialist at our Field Service Office in Sioux Falls, SD. This person is responsible for:

* Delivering optimal online/website user experience to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement
* Researching and evaluating user habits and requirements to enhance online application design/development for purpose driven end results
* Applying interactive and visual design principles on websites and web applications for a positive and cohesive user experience.

Essential Duties:  

• Responsible for delivering the best online user experience, for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Work hands-on with our CMS to manage website content and site structure, identify, and correct poor user experiences, and apply conversion optimizations
• Be on the forefront of web design ideas using various methods and latest technology.
• Have a critical engagement to amplifying the sales opportunities for customers
• Ability to design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.
• Continuously analyze and report on website performance (e.g. visitor behavior, site speed, conversion rates) as well as business outcomes, (e.g. qualified lead volume, pipeline generation). Maintain dashboards to bring this analysis to the broader team.
• Coordinate and deliver website optimization projects, including traffic & behavior analysis, requirements development and wireframing proposed improvements, A/B testing where appropriate, and delivery of finished optimizations.
• Expand our personalization efforts by adopting new platform capabilities, establishing new business processes, and demonstrating desired business results
• Work with marketing team to ensure our landing pages and conversion opportunities are appropriately optimized for paid traffic.

Experience:         

• Based in Sioux Falls, SD
• College degree or applicable experience required
• Knowledge of wireframe tools
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Demonstrated project coordination, prioritization, business analysis, and interpersonal skills.
