Company Overview:

High Caliber Land Company is a dynamic and rapidly growing Land Investment company that specializes in wholesaling and land development. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and help drive our sales efforts. As a Disposition Assistant, you will play a crucial role in converting prospects into warm leads, conducting phone interviews, and managing the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• o Prospect for Qualified buyers 6 hours a day, 3-4 days a week

§ Cold Call

§ Zillow

§ Facebook

o Market and find buyers for current deals.

o Build a network of end buyers for each market.

§ Find out what each buyer wants and stay in contact with them.

§ Have regular conversations once a quarter with well qualified buyers.

o Write contracts for end buyers.

o Manage all dates and deadlines on current deals.

o Manage all closings.

o Annotating lead conversations in CRM.

o Drafting and sending contracts.

o Calling qualified leads. (After training period)

o Negotiating with leads. (After training period)

Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for conducting effective phone interviews and follow-up communication.
• Organization Skills: Ability to manage and maintain accurate records of leads and appointments.
• Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven approach to sales activities.
• Time Management: Capable of meeting deadlines and managing a structured sales call calendar.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: This is a full-time position with regular working hours from 8 AM to 4 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.
• 100% in office, no remote opportunities.
• Onboarding: Completion of a three-month onboarding period and successfully closing three deals are required before becoming eligible for commission.
• Commission: After the onboarding period, Sales Representatives are eligible for commission based on the commission schedule($25,000)

· Advancement Opportunities

o Timeframe: 2 years.

o Role: Disposition Manager

o $150k per year Optional $10k per quarterly bonus for sales goals.

o Responsibilities.

§ Manage all leads coming into the business.

§ Successfully strategize and negotiate with leads.

§ Oversee, train, and track all Disposition Assistants.
