Maroon U and The Warehouse at C.C. Creations, the largest Aggie merchandise facility in the world, is hiring a RETAIL MARKETING MANAGER - CAMPAIGNS to join an ambitious and growing team. A Retail Marketing Manager – Campaigns, provides direct leadership over a graphic designer, photographer/videographer, and coordinators. This Retail Marketing Manager position is responsible for the development, execution, and success measures associated with promotional campaigns centered around Aggie merchandise and products.
What will you do as a Retail Marketing Manager – Campaigns?

Execute a strategic marketing agenda for all promotional campaigns that follow the Retail Marketing Calendar.

Direct the creation of all retail marketing content, such as email marketing, website graphics, digital ads, promotions/activations, social media, signage, flyers, and publications.

Collaborate with Art Director and Purchasing Manager to ensure that the annual marketing calendar coincides with product line planning, development, arrival, and floor set.

Construct a pre- and post-event analysis report on each campaign, which evaluates goal achievement, budget adherence, year to year sales comparisons, needed improvements, and future recommendations.

Coordinate weekly schedules, monitor deadlines, and lead the editing processes associated with graphic, social and email content, and photo/video needs.

Provide artwork inspiration and overall campaign strategy to the team; inclusive of leading the planning and execution of on-location photoshoots.

Identify and assess new channels and media opportunities to reach untapped audiences and drive conversions while keeping the brands relevant, fresh, and enticing.

Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to track and analyze campaign performance online.

Responsible for budget oversight and execution of Digital Media sales and brand management strategies.

Oversight of Brand Ambassador and Social influencer programs.

Responsible for maintaining and growing email distribution and social media followers.
Additional Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related field

Minimum of 2 years full-time work experience in marketing, advertising, retail, or promotions, with at least 1 year of staff management experience

Solid understanding and work experience in executing Marketing Campaigns, Media platforms, and utilizing tools that advance in store sales, online sales, and social media followers (content scheduling software, posting on social media, keywords, social shopping)

Ability to improve processes, drive strategies, and deliver results that achieve sales goals

A strong passion for Texas A&M, Aggie Sports, and the retail industry.

Creative and analytical skills within marketing campaigns.

Experience leading a team and creating a collaborative work environment

Strong multi-tasking skills, with proven results in leading the planning and execution of several overlapping tasks and projects

Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts.

Ability to be proactive and a highly motivated team player.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and superior time management qualities

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, all social platforms, Outlook, MS Word, and Excel.

Experience with or ability to learn computer-based programs and software such as Sprout, Klaviyo, Monday, Counterpoint, Big Commerce, and Impress.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You will be required to work some nights, weekends, holidays, and all A&M home football games (or big events related to Texas A&M University).
