We are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the insurance and be proficient in Microsoft Office and file management.
Duties:
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule appointments for agents
- Perform order entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Manage files and maintain accurate records
- Input quotes and make changes to client policies
Experience:
- Be able to secure a Property and casualty license while employed
- Proficient on the computer
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
