Surveying and Civil Engineering firm seeking a Surveying Technician/Assistant for topo, boundary and ALTA surveys and construction staking in our Rochelle, IL office. This is an outdoor job.
Experience is a big plus, but teaching the right candidate who comes with the right energy and attitude is a possibility. S.I.T. is a plus (and above the salary offered herein) but not a requirement. This is a fast-paced but informal environment. Applicants must have valid driver's license and be insurable.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to collect data and measurements using various surveying equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately collect and record data.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
