C.H. Robinson is looking to add a Load Planner to our Consolidation division. In this role, you'll collaborate with customers, internal teams, and vendors across North America to oversee transportation logistics. Utilizing your skills, you'll strategically combine multiple shippers' freight, employing analytics to craft efficient shipment routes that cut costs. Your critical role involves finding creative solutions for less-than-truckload freight, delivering timely options, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

• Identify and leverage opportunities to provide consolidation services to existing C.H. Robinson customers
• Utilize technology, analytics, and innovative thinking to craft optimized, well-routed consolidation freight plans in a dynamic market setting
• Foster relationships with key internal teams including Sales, Account Managers, and Operations, as well as external service providers
• Oversee the execution of consolidation shipments, ensuring timely updates to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Address transportation challenges, devise effective solutions, and proactively identify opportunities for process enhancement for customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university
• Ability to travel up to 5% (domestically and internationally)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Driven, enthusiastic, resilient, agile and highly motivated
• Ability to thrive under deadlines, drive results, multi-task, and work with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and analytical ability
• High comfort level with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
