Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, rent payments, and maintenance requests
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to property owners
- Market available units to prospective tenants and conduct thorough tenant screenings
- Enforce lease agreements and handle evictions if necessary
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations

Qualifications:

-REQUIRED: Active Hawaii State Real Estate License
-REQUIRED: Reliable transportation, clean driving record and valid auto insurance

- Previous experience in property management
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in data entry and file management
- Familiarity with property management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for tenant relations
- Ability to handle legal administrative tasks, including drafting lease agreements and managing contracts
- Strong conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes effectively
