Due to our recent expansion, we are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative immediately! The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the on-site customer support, developing sales strategies, and attracting new clients and customers. during our promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customers needs
- Build long lasting client relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Attend meeting, sales events and training
- Manage on-site Inventory
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
Requirements
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience
- Must be responsible, reliable and able to work without constant supervision
- Strong work ethic and a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
