CN Holdings LLC (www.usabuysproperty.com) is an experienced Real Estate Sales/Investment company focusing primarily on investment houses/land/lots for the purchase of flipping, renting among other investment sales strategies like owner financing and lease options.

Our focus is on purchasing properties under the current market value and/or resale to other clients at a great discounted price so that we can help buyers purchase great deals! Although we have been investing in Real Estate since 2004, the company was started in 2014 in San Antonio TX primarily in flipping all types of houses then moved down to the Rio Grande Valley in 2018 successfully growing every year. We are also associated with other Real Estate company's in development and new construction.

Although primarily we invest/sell in the Rio Grande Valley like McAllen, Mission we also buy/sell land in Alabama, California, Florida among other states so that we don't rely on our local market and be able to grow nationally.

This position will focus on managing the SALES/ACQUISITIONS of new Real Estate deals and anything that the office requires to operate with the help of the GM to run and grow the company consistently. You will be the #2 leader/employee in the company. We have tons of opportunity both locally and nationwide and there is no cap for growth!

We are not licensed brokers/agents and do not represent any clients and we do not charge commissions as a normal brokerage does. We require a 2 year exclusivity contract with the company. I will pay a percentage of the profits every quarter to assure this individual is well taken cared of if they're successful. Will give health benefits and a retirement account once you have proven yourself as someone who can grow the company consistently and a great asset to the company. Must be a top producer and have experience leading a company for growth and excellent results. Please do not apply if you don't consider yourself a "top producer" in your work and personal life.

Flexible hours and are required to work from office 50% and home 50% and attend mandatory regular meetings.

Experience:

1.) Sales Experience - Some sales would be good.

2.) Management experience - managed several employees before. Hired/fired employees

3.) Meetings - Must be able to manage successful meetings on a weekly basis.

4.) Computer Savvy - Must have good technoloical knowledge of computers. Will be using several softwares that the company has and has to be comfortable working with them and learning new softwares.

5.) Social Media - Must have experience with social media on FB, Instagram, Google Ads ec.

6.) Responsible - Must be VERY RESPONSIBLE

7.) Passion for work

8.) Systems oriented - Must have experience with following and implementing new systems for the company for consistency.

MUST SPEAK SPANISH - Excellent Spanish speaking - please do NOT apply if you don't speak very good Spanish or are only familiar. Most of our clients speak only Spanish and its a mandatory requirement.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
