Seeking Servers for new bar concept

We are now hiring for a new cocktail bar located by Ala Moana. At C/O Cocktail Bar, we are striving for an elevated experience for our guest, bringing a speak-easy vibe to the restaurant with Tiki-inspired cocktails. We will also be offering small bites with a limited menu.

We are looking for Servers to join our team!

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

• Detail oriented, follows through, and can multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus and productivity
• Warm, friendly and an excellent communicator
• Able to work quickly and adapt on-the-go
• Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service
• Able to stand, walk, and/or sit for long periods of time and can lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Familiar with fine dining service
• **Knowledgeable in liquor, beer, and wine is a plus

A TASTE OF THE ROLE:

• Welcome guests, read and listen to guests to determine beverage preferences, make food recommendations, and take drink orders
• Multi-tasks myriad floor responsibilities - including table marking, proper wine glass placement & general table maintenance
• Speaks confidently about menu items and offer guidance in the selection of menu items and beverages (spirits, cocktails, wine)
• Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant, upholding the restaurant’s hospitality standards
• Anticipate guest needs and always maintain positive guest relations
• Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the guests at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all company policies/service procedures/standards
• Complete opening side and closing side duties thoroughly and efficiently as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
