Responsibilities
Job requirements may include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure strategic goals of the project are aligned with decisions regarding business and IT initiatives.
- Develop domain expertise and working knowledge of the systems that link business organizations together.
- Understand, bring structure to, and remap business processes.
- Collaborate with and influence subject matter experts across the business.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing) and ensure results of the delivered solution are aligned with requirements.
- Responsible for translating business objectives and feature requirements into detailed user stories / requirement specifications prior to development.
- Project Management role for multiple in-flight projects and tasks simultaneously, across multiple departments.
- Assist 2nd and 3rd tier user support and application vendor support to resolve issues with in-house developed application functionality issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, business units, and IT staff to accomplish the needs of the projects while fostering positive relationships. Organize and facilitate meetings as needed to accomplish this.
- Serve as proxy Product Owner or support Product Owner regarding software development process when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job qualifications may include, but not be limited to:
- Expert in the Business Architecture/Business and process Analysis domain with 5-8 years of progressively responsible relevant experience in analysis, requirement gathering, design and development of enterprise application systems, having been an important figure in driving these projects forward.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - ability to talk to both business and technical teams manage the collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Understanding of software applications and experience with system analysis and configuration, CRM and/or BPM system knowledge and experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation.
- Dedication to and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer results.
- Ability to work well in a team based environment and independently.
- Broad understanding of IT and software development processes. Experience with Agile processes strongly preferred.
- Broad understanding of IT processes and software applications.
- Experience with JIRA or other project management software preferred.
- Basic SQL skills required.
