  • Over the Road Mentors Teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies.

  • Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

  • Average: $1,551/wk($80k/yr)
    • \n
  • Top 10%: $2,536/wk($131k/yr)

  • Home Time: 3-4 Days every 3-4 Weeks
