- Over the Road Mentors Teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to the state and local laws and per C.R. England policies. \n
- Mentors get paid for all the miles the truck moves and make extra with Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives. \n
- Average: $1,551/wk($80k/yr) \n
- Top 10%: $2,536/wk($131k/yr) \n

- 48 lower states \n
- \n
- Home Time: 3-4 Days every 3-4 Weeks \n

- Mileage Pay Split \n

- Company provided sleeper trucks pulling 53' trailers. \n
