Description

Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a PM Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Asset Manager and portfolio team for a growing portfolio. The ideal PM Administrative Assistant will be self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have strong critical thinking skills. 
 


 

Location: 9400 SW Barnes Road, Suite 400, Portland, OR 97225

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 (DOE)

Schedule: FT, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Additional Compensation: $75.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Responsibilities of the PM Administrative Assistant

  • Plan and coordinate portfolio events, employee recognition and gifts, off-site meetings, and rebill to properties for portfolio-wide events such as manager meetings.
  • Assist in creating property flyers and other marketing pieces for residential properties as requested.  
  • Generate market study reports and gather vital market data, such as large area employers, for both new and current submarkets as requested.
  • Assist with processing replacement reserve requests. 
  • Generate reporting of property data for the portfolio on a weekly and monthly basis. 
  • Generate monthly portfolio newsletter to include accurate monthly calendars for client management and onsite teams, including due dates for tasks completed throughout the month.
  • Assist with or complete Entrata projects or corrections as they arise. 
  • Standing member of the CRMG social committee. 
  • This job description does not necessarily include all the essential functions that may be assigned to this position based on the continuing needs of the organization.

Requirements

 What you will bring as the PM Administrative Assistant

  • Six (6) months of Property Management experience is required.  
  • High school diploma or GED.  
  • Knowledge of basic real estate language and law preferred. 
  • Previous Entrata Property Management Software experience is required. 
  • Outgoing, high-energy self-starter who thinks creatively and critically and is not afraid to take on new and diverse responsibilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively on a team but also work independently.  
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to write a professional letter using correct grammar and business format.  
  • Demonstrated strong service orientation. 
  • Intermediate MS365 proficiency utilizing TEAMS, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Calendar Creator with an eagerness to learn more.    
  • Good research and analytical skills to correctly prioritize tasks to complete high-priority requests.
