```Duties```
- Receive and process service requests from customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on availability, proximity, and skillset
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers and technicians
- Monitor service progress and update customers on estimated arrival times or any delays
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, dispatch activities, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely resolution of service issues
- Utilize Fieldedge and/or other software systems to track and manage service orders.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in transportation planning, logistics, or related field preferred
-Knowledge of Fieldedge and Verizon connect a plus but can train
- Strong analytical skills to assess service needs, prioritize tasks, and optimize scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and technicians
- Proficient in using phone systems and demonstrating proper phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
