Position Overview

As an Office Clerk, you will use limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures to handle day to day clerical duties of assigned area.

Description

  • Sort papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, etc.

  • Create or update records with new files and information

  • Scanning paperwork into an electronic system

  • Weekly projects and assignments given by supervisor

  • Organizing of employee files

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Travel Required:No

  • Store : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)

  • Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)

Skills

  • Specialized Knowledge : Basic knowledge of filing systems, photocopier, scanner, etc.

  • Special Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Physical abilities: : Reaching, stooping, standing, walking, bending twisting, sitting, handling paperwork, twisting, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, gripping of items ranging from under 20 lbs. to over 60 lbs.

  • Other: : Communication Skills, Team Player, Attention to Detail, Organizational Skills, Use of Technology, Adaptability, Self-Driven, Multi Task
