Team Lead / Installer / Driver
C-Serv is searching for candidates that possess strong leadership skills, have a proven ability to supervise & delegate tasks effectively to ensure tasks / projects are completed on schedule, are willing to function in a role that requires them to perform tasks directly as needed, and are passionate about aiding the organization
in growth & development.
Activities & Expectations:
- Drive and/or deliver product & team members to job sites
- Delegate individual task associated with reconfiguration, removal, or installation of office furniture
- Coordinate the completion of each job in accordance with the direction & expectations of the Project Manager
- Ensure sites are maintained, cleaned, and organized
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in the expected time
- Escalate issues from job sites clearly in real time to ensure compliance with Customer expectations and agreed scope of work
- Interact with Customers in a professional & respectful manner, ensuring C-Serv's core values are represented at all times
- Learn new processes, developing knowledge that is used to train team members effectively
- Maintain a positive attitude and openly accept changes focused on improving the operation and positioning the organization for future growth
- Capable of working a flexible schedule
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: starts at $16 per hour, open to discussing higher hourly rates for individuals with significant leadership experience
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to pass drug screen & background verification
- Ability to lift & move up to 50lbs repeatedly
- Education - HS Diploma or GED
- Leadership and/or Supervisor experience of 2 years
